Kindergarten Application Process

Thank you for your interest in TRAIL. If you are interested in submitting an application for the 2022-23 academic year, we encourage you to call our office to learn more about the process. Rolling applications are accepted based on availability.

The application for the academic year 2023-24 will be available on December 1, 2022.

Attend a Virtual Open House

Due to COVID-19 health precautions, all of our fall admissions events will be held virtually. We will be hosting a number of events this season so that you can get to know our community, faculty and curriculum.

We will also be sharing videos and stories throughout the season so that you can learn more about our arts, innovation, athletics and other programs that we offer.

Schedule Individual Child Assessment

As part of our regular admissions process we conduct small group play sessions to assess our Kindergarten applicants. However, this year we will be evaluating applicants on an individual basis due to social distancing and health protocols. We will be conducting individual child assessments via GoogleMeets on Monday and Friday mornings throughout the season.

Schedule Parent Virtual Interview

Once you have submitted an application, you will be able to schedule your parent interview via. We will be conducting individual virtual parent interviews via GoogleMeets on Monday and Friday afternoons throughout the admissions season.

Submit Confidential Private School Report

We ask Kindergarten applicants to submit a confidential school report if they have attended a private day care in Panama.  However, if your child is not currently enrolled in a preschool program this year, please contact our Admissions office to discuss alternative options. The report is to be given to your child’s current school and must be submitted directly from their school to ours. The form can be downloaded from this page.

Please note: Applicant family is responsible for confirming application is complete. The Admissions Office will not review incomplete applications.
