Born in Panamá, Ms. Dhalay Perez grew up alongside three siblings. Having spent four enriching years working with children, she's currently delving deep into her Special Education studies at UDELAS. Now in her third year at TRAIL, Dhalay finds solace in nature, often taking long walks on the beach with her beloved dog, Kenay.
